Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic shipping (within the United States): 3-7 business days after shipment
  • We do not currently offer international shipping

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's delivery progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement
  • For damaged items, you may be required to return the damaged product to us at your expense so we can file a claim with the carrier
